Multigenerational Worship Services

We believe strongly that children are a vital part of our life as a worshiping community. Several times a year our Sunday morning service transforms into a creative, interactive, artistic, extra visual worship experience intended to engage people of all ages, especially children. Please check our latest newsletter or our events calendar.

Church Suppers

Want a delicious meal without the cooking? Want to get to know people from the community, listen to good music and enjoy good conversation? Come to one of our church suppers. Bring the whole family, friends, neighbors, partners, spouses… all are welcome! Please check our latest newsletter or our events calendar.

“Feed My Lambs” Pantry Garden

In 2011, we started a pantry garden to provide fresh produce for our food pantry patrons. The whole church helps to plant the garden, and families or individuals sign-up for a Tuesday morning to harvest during the summer. This is a great way for all-ages to dig in, get dirty and teach your kids a little something about community service.

Want to get involved with the garden? Contact Jen Daysa, Director of Youth and Family Ministries or Renay Allen, Office Manager.

Many years we offer all-ages retreats or trips. In 2011 and 2012, we had a blast on our Summit: Mountain Retreats. Check our latest newsletter or our events calendar for information about upcoming trips and retreats.

Mission Trips

We have been all over the place from NYC to Biloxi, Mississippi! Find out about our upcoming mission trip to Appalachia this summer

Summer Kick-off Camp-Out

It has become a tradition in our church to kick-off the summer with an all-ages campout at Lake Pawtuckaway. The campout usually occurs the Friday after public school gets out. We cook over a campfire, share stories, sing campfire songs, and get to know other families.

Ukama Partnership

Did you know that our church has a sister church in Zimbabwe? Your family can learn more about our sister church by visiting the Ukama corner in the church vestry. There are even opportunities throughout the year to become pen pals with a child or an entire family. Or you can help us celebrate our partnership by bringing African style music into our worship. Periodically we offer African drum workshops that are open to all adults and kids 3 years and up. Check our monthly newsletter to see when the next drumming workshop series will be held.

Holiday Open House & Live Nativity

Every year our church has so much fun joining in the holiday festivities as the town of Exeter celebrates its annual Holiday Open House. We open up the church to the whole town for a wonderful Christmas experience. That evening, children and adults of all ages can help us tell the Christmas story by acting as shepherds, wise people, Mary or Joseph in the Live Nativity. Or just stop by to see the live animals, vote on your favorite gingerbread house, eat some good food, shop at the Uncommon Mall, and listen to the fantastic Christmas music of our Senior Choir and Bell Choir. Interested in the Live Nativity? Contact Jen Daysa.

Our commitment to the spiritual lives of children, youth and adults is a co-operative ministry. Everyone participating in our programs is encouraged to contribute by actively volunteering.
